fish fillet
eggs
flour
bread crumbs
lemon juice
salt
ground black pepper
spices for fish

Fish sticks

Preparation
Cut fillet in long strips, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, pepper, sprinkle with spice.
At first roll in flour, then deep in mixed egg, then roll well in bread crumbs.
