sour cream

Cake «Curly Pinscher» (my variant)

Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar and baking powder. Cover the bottom of convertible form with baking paper, grease sides of form with butter. Pour in form biscuit dough. Bake biscuit at 180 degrees for 30 min.
For cream mix sour cream and sugar powder. Cut ready and cooled biscuit in two flat cakes (lower can be thinner than the upper one). Smear the lower one with cream.
Dice the remained biscuit and mix with cream (leave some cream for decor).

Grind nuts. Chop kiwi and banana.

Spread fruit on flatcake. Sprinkle the top with nuts.
Cake Curly Pinscher
On fruit spread mass of cut biscuit with cream.
Decorate the top of cake with remained cream and melted on water bath chocolate, sprinkle with grind nuts.
