Puree-soup from spinach and smoked chicken

Preparation

Fry onion and garlic in heated oil, constantly stirring. Add this mixture in hot broth, add there diced potato (potato contains starch, that helps to give the broth a uniform consistency), bring to boil and cook for 10 min. Wash spinach, put in broth and remove from heat. Cool a bit, grind in blender, salt it. Cut smoked chicken brisket. Pour ready soup in plates, add spoon of smoked chicken, sprinkle with chili pepper.
