Oatmeal lean cookies

Tasty lean oatmeal cookies can be prepared not only for Lent but even just for tea in the morning on weekend.

Preparation
Oatmeal lean cookies
Stir in deep bowl oatmeal flakes and dried fruit (figs, dried apricots, raisins).

Pour brine into resulting mixture, stir well.

Add oil.

Add sugar, then honey.

Sift flour with soda before. Slake soda with vinegar from brine. Pour flour in bowl, knead a bit sticky dough. From cookies with wet hands.
