You got very tart red grape that you even can''t eat it? But it is pity to throw out. You have an outcome — cook a compote!
Preparation:
Rinse bunch, separate berries from base and rinse again. Then put berries into a casserole, add water and sugar, stir and simmer on a gentle heat. You can do your homework at the same time. Look on compote periodically — if you see a foam, it is better if you remove it with spoon. When you see that about 5 cm of water is boil away and compote is already of deep grape color — it is ready.
