Today I want to offer simple but delicious salad.

Preparation

Boil or bake beetroot in the oven. I baked in oven: wash beetroot, dry with paper towel and wrap in foil. Bake in oven at 180-200℃ — about for an hour.
Grate cheese,beet and eggs on coarse grater. Chop dill finely. Salt and pepper it. Add chopped garlic and dress with mayonnaise. Stir it. That`s all – salad is ready. Bon Appetite!
