I learned this recipe from my godmother… and these cucumbers can be eaten as a snack or, for example, with puree… The smaller is size of cucumbers — more tasty they are..mmm… if you have more or less cucumbers, you can change the proportions accordingly…

Preparation
I have cucumbers of different sizes… put the smaller ones whole… and those that bigger — cut into two or even four slices

All other ingredients put in bowl and thoroughly mix

Let it stay for 6 hours..periodically stir..for about 1 time per hour
Then put cucumbers in jars..do not pour the liquid!
Put jar in boiling water and boil for 10min..then close…
turn over jars and leave for a night
