Baked goose

Preparation
Wash goose carcass, divide into portions, add salt and pepper, place in the refrigerator overnight.
Then fry pieces of meat on all sides over high heat. Fold in pan, putting layers of chopped onion and grated carrots. Pour with fat, formed by frying, add 80-100 ml of water and put to bake in the oven until cooked (1.5 hour).
