At first glance, combination of products seems strange. But the taste is very original and fresh. And cod — turns out very juicy!

Preparation
Heat the oven at 180℃. Chop dill finely, peel and chop garlic. Mix sour cream with dill and garlic. Spread cod fillet in pocket from foil, top with sour cream mass, bake for 30 min. Slice potato and fry in pan with garlic and dill to readiness. Wash bell pepper, remove seeds and dice it, slice onion. Stew with tomato juice for 10-15 min (pepper should stay crispy). Chop ready cod and mix with sour cream sauce. At first spread on plate potato, next cod and Bulgarian pepper at the end, decorate with slice of lemon.
