Dish of Moldovan cuisine.

Preparation
Stir flour, soda and sugar, stirring, add spoon oil. Next, gradually add milk and kefir, mix into smooth mass. Add mixed in separate bowl eggs and vodka and stir well. Grease form with thick walls (you can take caldron or saucepan) with butter and sprinkle crumbs. Pour dough in form, cover with lid or tightly close with foil. Put form in heated at 200 ℃ oven and bake for 1,5 h, reduce heat at 100 C and bake for another 1,5 h. Who has oven can cook for 3 hours in a cooling oven. Let it cool after preparation, remove from form and cut.
