Veal baked with currants and vegetables

This season, I discovered currants and red currants in a new light. They not savor only in sweet desserts but also turn other savory dishes in a culinary masterpiece! I offer the option of preparing veal with currant and vegetables. It turns out tasty, tender and juicy meat, which will decorate any holiday table and turn it into an exquisite family dinner reception.

Preparation
Cut veal in portion pieces. Beat a bit, salt, pepper, let it rest.

Slice onion.

Grate carrot, mash currant with fork a bit. Spread in bowl carrot, currant, add honey (or sugar), stir it.

Cover baking form with foil, grease with butter. Spread at bottom half of onion and half portion of currant with carrot. Spread veal on top. Top veal with onion, carrot and currant.

Cover form with foil and bake in the oven at 180 ℃ 1 hour 15-30 min. In 10 min to readiness remove foil, pour veal with juice, produced by baking, put in oven again and bring to readiness.
