Ingridients
lamb leg (lamb)
1,2-1,5 kg
salt
ground black pepper
ground white pepper
granulated garlic

Lamb leg in spicy herbs
For preparation was used steam oven

Preparation

Wash meat and dry with paper towel. Add spices. Spread on grill and  and put in steam oven (moisture 30%, temperature 180℃) for 80-90 min.   It is also necessary to put pallet with water, i.e. a lot of fat will drain. 
The meat is ready when the temperature probe will show the temperature in 85℃ (without blood). Serve with boiled potato and lettuce.
