Preparation
Cut margarine in pieces.
Put in stove and melt.
Mix eggs.
Add in margarine (warm) eggs, sugar and flour. Knead dough.
Dough should be as thick sour cream.
Grease waffle iron with oil, heat it.
Spread tbsp of dough on waffle iron, close it.
Waffle is ready in 2-3 min.
Roll it in tube at once. I do this with hands.
My family does not like waffle tubes with cream. We eat them empty. You can fill with condensed milk or custard
As you wish!
Also you can avoid folding waffles in tubes, and make waffle cake. Just smear resulted waffles with condensed milk or cream.
