rice for sushi

water
200 g.
rice vinegar
2 spoon
sugar
1 spoon
salt
1 tsp.
nori
cucumbers
atlantic salmon

Preparation
Wash rice, till water becomes transparent. Pour water and boil for 15 min under the lid. Then turn off the heat and let it stay covered for 10 min.
Dissolve in sushi vinegar sugar and salt. Pour rice with this, mix (better with a wooden spoon), spread and let it stay for another 15 min.

For stuffing cut salmon in strips of 1*1 сm, and cucumber as thin as possible of 3*3 mm.

Put sheet of nori on the mat and evenly distribute rice on top (for this soak hands in water with lemon).

Then spread cheese «Philadelphia», salmon and cucumber.

Begin to wrap roll with the mat, holding stuffing.
