Chocolate wafers
I found the recipe on the English site, I do not know why, but there they were «called » just waffles, but more like a very tasty, kind of truffle cookies.

Preparation


Combine in bowl butter with margarine and mix it, adding portions of sugar mix at high speed for 1 min, then add vanilla sugar and white, mix a bit. In other bowl mix sifted flour, cocoa, soda and salt, add mixture in butter one, stir to get smooth mass, by hands (you can wet them with water) form sausage and gently wrap in parchment or foil, put in the fridge for 1 hour (or for all night).
Heat the oven at 177℃, cover with greased with butter paper.
Remove dough from fridge, carefully cut with a very sharp knife in thin slices, spread on baking sheet close to each other, you can press them a bit by hands.
Bake wafers for 10-12 min (not more), remove from the oven, they`ll be slightly soft, let them completely cool on baking sheet, during this time, wafers will be fully cooled and crispy.
