Preparation

Wash all the ingredients. Grate courgettes and carrot. Chop onion and tomatoes. Mix all this. Put in the oiled pan and add spices.
When the dish is almost ready, add chopped dill and wait for 2 min.
Stewed zucchini

If you wish you can add tomato paste or ketchup.
Stew for 20-30 min.

Tastes good with any side dish.
