On March 8 my mother in law gave me a little book «Salads, quickly and economically.» In it I found a wonderful recipe of lean and vitamin salad. It has a refreshing taste and the fact that there is mix of fruits and vegetables makes it tastier.

Preparation

Wash beets, wrap in foil and bake in oven to readiness. Peel orange and grapefruit, disassemble into slices and release of film. Chop cabbage, cool beetroot, peel and slice, also slice onion. Stir all the ingredients, add salt, pepper and season with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
