Panini with baked vegetables and cheese
Air patties with the original stuffing, will please your loved ones.

Preparation
Mix flour with salt and pour through a sieve in deep bowl, make indentation in center. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Pour gradually in indentation water and olive oil, knead dough. Cover with towel and put in warm place for 1 hour.
Meanwhile prepare stuffing. Pell and cut onion, eggplant, zucchini. Clean pepper from seeds and cut in thin strips. Press garlic, salt it. Stir all and fry in pan for 15 min, constantly stirring. Remove from heat and let it stand настояться. Divide dough in 10 parts, roll thin flat cakes, spread vegetables, top with cheese, form a patty. Spread panini on greased with butter baking sheet and leave for 10 min. Grease with egg yolk and bake in the oven at 200℃ – for 15 min. Let it cool a bit and grease with olive oil. Serve it warm, as an independent snack or as an addition to green salad or broth.
