Preparation

Grind greens in blender. Beat egg in glass and fill the rest with water. Add chopped greens, flour, salt, yeast. Knead dough, adding oil. Roll thin dough, cut off flat cakes with glass. Bake on dry, well heated cast iron circle. You can add garlic before serving.
