Hello, dear friends!!!

Recently I came across one of the many morning programs where these cheese cakes were prepared. I really liked the idea, so I decided to cook them.

I point out the proportions in recipe, which were submitted in the program. I noticed that the amount of starch vary from curd- if it is dry, than 1 tsp is enough, if wet – take more. In program also added only white. I tried to cook with whole egg. It turned out tasty, so I think this is pure matter of choice to add only white or whole egg.

Preparation

1. Rub curd through a sieve.
2. Mix all the ingredients and knead by hands well.
3. Roll each cheese cake in bran and put on baking sheet.

Bake for about 20-25 min at 180℃. Be careful, not to burn them

The result is delicious and healthy cheese cakes that will be a great addition to the breakfast table as well as weekend one
