Preparation

Salt and pepper rack of lamb, smear with butter, fry in a grill pan over medium heat for 2 minutes on both sides. Bring to readiness in the oven. I took fresh-frozen vegetables, but you can certainly use fresh. I found set of vegetables, which got immediately and carrots, and green beans, and brussel sprouts. Cut onions into half rings, fry it until transparent, add garlic and remaining vegetables. Cook a few minutes and add cooked noodles. Dress with oyster sauce, and sprinkle with fresh coriander. I decorate dish with bean sprouts and Brussels sprouts. Bon Appetite!
