Meat balls with egg or "False Hare"

How to diversify our daily menu? I offer dish, which is called in Germany «False Hare». You can cook two types: as zrazy (cutlets with mince) and as roll. I prepared as zrazy.

Preparation
Dice onion and fry in oil till golden color.
Stir mince with fried onion and raw yolk well.
Meat balls with egg or «False Hare»
Season with salt and pepper.
Cut boiled eggs in half. Sprinkle with salt, pepper (you can use dry herbs and spices, you like).

Put each halves of eggs in mince,

Then soak in mixed white and roll well in breadcrumbs.


Fry in heated oil from both sides to readiness.

Serve hot with garnish or with fresh vegetables.
