Salad from chicken and white mushrooms
Ingridients
Preparation
Wash potato and boil to readiness, cool it, peel and dice,
Peel onion, wash and dice.
Heat the pan, add butter, oil.
Fry onion a bit, add mushrooms
Fry for 5-7 min
Cool it.
Dice chicken fillet about 1х1 сm.
Dice pickled cucumbers,
Chop dill and green onion finely.
Put all in one bowl
Salt it, pepper to taste, add mayonnaise, stir it.
