Preparation

Salt and pepper pike-perch fillet, sprinkle with ground coriander, roll in flour, then in beaten egg and then in tuna flakes. I pre-chopped chips arbitrarily with scissors. Bake in oven at 180 C for 15 min. For the Polish sauce, melt butter in a dipper, add chopped boiled egg, finely chopped dill, salt and pepper. We serve zander with gravy and mashed potatoes.

Очень ароматная штука. Можно варить с неё рыбный бульон, иногда добавляю в пиццу.
