Preparation
Cut herring fillet in portion pieces. Mix soft butter with chopped dill (necessarily FRESH!!!!). Smear slices of brown bread with dill butter, put on top piece of herring. Spread on dish. Decorate with small pieces of lemon. In photo canapés were prepared in fast order, that`s why greens were not mixed with butter. But sprinkled on top. Bon Appetite!
