Tasty, quick and healthy dish.

Preparation
Scrambled eggs with spinach and rosemary croutons
Blanch spinach for 2-3 min in boiling water. Drain water, dry spinach with paper towel. Mix with cream, salt and pepper.

Grind stale bread, rosemary, some salt and pepper in blender, to get crouons.

Grease small form with oil, spread spinach in it (with cream). Beat egg on spinach, sprinkle croutons on white. Bake in preheated at 180 ℃ oven for 7-8 min.
