Bake in oven nuts for 9 min at 140℃ till brown color. Then let them cool down and chop.
Melt honey and sugar and boil for 10 min on a low heat.
At first you`ll get foam, and then beautiful golden color.
Add nuts and mix well. On a covered with paper form spread mass not more than 1 сm thick. Leave it for 15 min.
Cut it and put in thr fridge for complete cooling.
