Potato puree «Hedgehogs»

Preparation:

Make hedgehogs bodies from cooled potato pure in the form of drops. Cut carrot and radish into a straws. Decorate our hadgehogs, making needles as in the photo. Make eyes with peans or capers, make noses with semirings of carrot. Heat up in microwave before serve. Bon appetite to everyone!!!
