Ingridients
250-300 g.
200 g.
puff dough
250-300 g.
cream cheese
200 g.
red caviar

Vol au vent with red caviar

Preparation
Defrost puff pastry, heat the oven at 200-220 ℃, cover baking sheet with parchment, grease with butter.
Sprinkle table with flour, cut off circles from dough, from half of circles cut off rings with smaller diameter of hole.
Spread circles on baking sheet, pierce with fork, grease with egg, top with rings, grease with egg too.
Bake vol au vent to readiness, cool it.
Fill cooled vol au vent wth cheese, top with some caviar.
