Chushki burek (breaded bell pepper stuffed with minced meat and cheese)
Chushka is translated from Bulgarian as pepper. Chushka burek is bell pepper stuffed with minced meat and cheese.

Preparation
Remove the middle and seeds from the pepper, and shift it into a baking dish, grease with oil,

and in the oven at 200 ℃ for 10-15 min, till darkening from all sides. While peppers are in oven, fry the mince, grate the cheese, add egg to the cheese, pressed garlic, chopped parsley and mix with ready mince.

Peppers after the oven in the bag, tie it tightly.

After that, the peppers will steam and skin will be easily remove away from them. Remove it completely, fill our peppers with stuffing.

Roll them in flour, then in egg, in breadcrumbs, and fry on a middle heat for 5 min from both sides.

Serve them with white sauce.
