Chicken breast in bacon

Preparation

Breasts need to be cut from one side in strips crosswise (looks like cone). Sprinkle this side with grated parmesan, lemon peel, most of the thyme leaf, pepper. Wrap in bacon, sprinkle with rest of thyme and beat in thickness of 1сm. Fry in oil for 3 min from each side. Serve with lettuce and lemon slice — belissimo! Simply, originally and very tasty.
