Nut tubes

Preparation
Miss on nuts in a meat grinder through a fine strainer or twice in ordinary, it1s important to get juice from nuts. Then add sugar, cognac and spices, stir it well.



Mix melted butter, add salt, sour cream. Adding portions of sifted flour, knead smooth and elastic dough. Heat the oven at 200℃, cover the pan with a baking paper, greased with butter.
Divide dough into 2-3 parts, roll a layer not more than 0.5 сm thick, cut into long strips, sized of future tube. Put the stuffing in the middle, so it will be easy to form a tube.



Then tuck the edges up and pinch them. Do the same with the ends, you can even roll the tube on the table, but easy, not to brake it, then give a flat shape.



Put on the pan ready tubes, you can grease them with the egg, if you want. Bake till readiness, then put on the grill and sprinkle with sugar powder.
