Salads with ramson

Well finally appeared my favorite wild garlic. I love it with cheese and cucumber, eggs, radish. But now is Fast so simple, but still delicious recipes.
Preparation
1. Wash potatoes, peel, boil in salted water. Drain water, cool potato and dice.2. Wash and dice cucumbers. Wash ramson, green onion, dry it, chop, spread in deep bowl.
3. Add in bowl chopped cucumbers, potato, canned green pea, salt and stir.
4. Dress salad with oil.
5. Serving, spread in salad bowl, sprinkle chopped greens.
