Salmon with potatoes baked in cream
Ingridients
The tastiest fish! It`s melting in your mouth!
Preparation
Spread steaks of salmon on a dry baking sheet. Add salt, pepper, spices. On the top put a slice of lemon.
Peel the potatoes, wash and slice them. Put them round the fish. Add salt. Pour cream on potatoes.
Put in the oven and bake at 200 C for an hour, till potatoes become soft.
The dish is delicious!!!
