Biscuit cake with apples

Easy in preparation and consumption.
Preparation
Mix whites separatelyMix yolks with sugar. Mixing, add flour, kefir, jam, baking powder, vanilla sugar and carefully add whites.
Cut apples and add in dough.
Spread dough in form.
Bake at 150℃ for 40-45 min.
Do not remove ready cake from form till cooling.
Sprinkle with sugar powder.
Enjoy your tea.
I like this recipe because, there is no fat in it.
