Preparation

Prepare omelet from egg, let it cool, cut in strips, and in salad. Chop green onion and add to the rest of ingredients. Prepare filling: Salt pastry cream, pepper, and whisking pour a little wasabi powder. Until the mixture gets consistency of liquid sour cream. The sauce will get gently pistachio color.
Fill the salads, stir, put bread in the bread shape, sprinkle with cheese.
