Ingridients
fruit kissel (pack)

75 g.
For 3 porions
fruit kissel (pack)
1 шт.
sour cream
100 ml
cream cheese
200 g.
instant gelatin (8g)
1 шт.
sugar
75 g.
water

Preparation

At first, dissolve dry kissel of fast preparation with hot water. Stir it, let it cool a bit. Pour gelatin with some water, let it swell. Stir in cup curd, sugar and sour cream, grind in blender. Pour curd mass in kissel, also add there gelatin (heat it before). Mix. Pour in molds (in which you are planning to serve on table) and put in the fridge till complete cooling. Bon Appetite!
